Important Updates Regarding Covid 19
Carpets on the Move is still operating and available to do quotes and installations.
We realise at this time that many people are wanting to practice social distancing so we are able to provide quotes online through house plans or pictures which you can email to us at beverley@carpetsonthemove.com.au.
If you wish to use us to install your flooring we can assure you we are following all the recommendations to prevent the spread of Covid 19.
These include:
- Social distancing of 2 metres during all installations
- Regularly washing and sanitizing our hands
- If any staff feel unwell they are staying home
If you wish to purchase flooring without using us for installation we can deliver to your home for free and maintain a healthy social distance from you.

I cannot thank Rhonda, Adrian, Peter and Lee enough for their efforts in getting our carpet installed within our timeframe. Adrian listened to what we wanted in choosing carpet and helped us pick a colour that we love. Their prices were very reasonable. We cannot thank or recommend them highly enough.
I had a yarn to a few of my neighbours and they reccomended Carpets on the move to me. I also highly recommend. From the initial visit at home with a range of floor coverings to choose from, they were very knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of their advice. I found the communication to be very clear and understanding when I had to change the date of installation twice. On the day of installation,both Pete and Lee did an incredible job and smashed out 2 rooms in an hour. Very well priced too.
Carpets on the Move did a wonderful job on my place. I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars as they were so close to perfect. The floors looks amazing (see before and after pics) and it is such a relief to go from carpet to vinyl planks, with my dog and 17 year old cat (with sensitive stomach) inside all the time. I feel like I can invite people over again. Thank you so much for your professional job.The downside was that there was lack of communication in between people there (Rhonda and Bev) with one ringing me to organise what had already been organised. There was also confusion over days/times with the guy to pull up the tiles in the kitchen not turning up for half a day, and lack of clear communication in what was included in "furniture moving" on the quote. As it was, my furniture ended up outside in the carport for a day or so and when I asked for a tarp over it they said "we might be able to find some cardboard boxes to pull apart and put over it". I understand that this was just miscommunication but it needed improvement.All else was wonderful and I'm very glad I went local and not with a large conglomerate. Would recommend!
