Soooo - 3 years on we had a small job (2 bathrooms, ie. bathroom and ensuite) and of course we went straight back to Carpets on the Move who accommodated us with our small job. I'm so thrilled how our bathroom floors came out with adding vinyl planks in the wet area. The new planks matched the previously ones seamlessly. I'M IMPRESSED as my OCD can sometimes take over. The thought of reno's and laying new flooring to complement our furniture was a daunting task to say the least. After my husband looked at many places online (and there are plenty of choices, to say the least) it came down to customer reviews which enticed us to approach Carpets on the Move. Beverley & Rhonda were very professional when I went into the Store to look at the different types of flooring. Adrian arrived to do a free measure & quote and narrowed the choice of vinyl planks to one my husband and I are very happy with. He explained every step of the procedure in preparing the floors (which we did ourselves in this instance but they offer this service as well). Paul arrived within days to lay the flooring and was nothing but professional at all times. His eye for detail was second to none that it was a thorough job before completing and walking away satisfied that he had done a brilliant job and his clients were happy. I do wish to mention I left a Facebook Review and left a rating of 11/10 there, here I could only give it 5/5.
